Hours: 35 hours per week
Salary: £21,027 - £22,134 per annum
£846 essensial car use allowance

The role
The successful candidate will be responsible for the delivery of the ‘Affordable Living’ project with a primary focus on in home assessments to review customers’ energy use and identify any potential savings.
The successful candidate will have:
- excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- a passion for service excellence and “going the extra mile” to increase customer satisfaction
- experience of working with a diverse group of customers
- an ability to deliver technical information to non-specialist audiences
- excellent time management
- some knowledge of social landlords
A social housing background and the ability to use the Orchard Housing system would be a distinct advantage.
